Cultural Dimensions in Multi-Cultured Mediations – Second Spring Course (Second Session)

In this dynamic course, students will be introduced to Intercultural Theories and Models which give an overview of how to avoid stereotyping when setting up and participating in mediations. The course will focus on how Mediators, Conflict Resolution Practitioners and other Peace-Builders can better  understand culture as a tool to understand and foresee patterns of behavior in order to help people from different cultures communicate optimally with one another.
