Who can take these courses?
Anyone who is currently a mediator or wants to help others transform their relationships and resolve conflicts more successfully. This course will also be valuable for attorneys, judges, paralegals and others involved in the mediation process.

Anne-Karin Grill is a partner at Vavrovsky Heine Marth Attorneys-at-Law in Vienna, Austria. She specializes in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and has an excellent track-record in successfully resolving both commercial and investor-state disputes. In addition to her advocacy work, Anne Karin serves as (sole) arbitrator and acts as CEDR accredited mediator in domestic and international disputes has served on the UNCITRAL Experts Group for the establishment of UNCITRAL Mediation Rules. Anne-Karin teaches mediation at the University of Vienna's Faculty of law and regularly speaks at and publishes articles on current dispute resolution topics, including mediation.
Completion of this course earns four (4) credit hours of interactive, virtual classroom time.
