ONGOING COURSE: Mediation Through a Trauma Informed Lens. A BRDGES video on violence against women and children.
As mediation rapidly grows as a profession worldwide, there are developing ethical issues that are universal in nature, such as self-determination and confidentiality. Key ethical questions are current subjects of international discussions, such as whether the parties must act in good faith; or, if and when must a mediator withdraw? These core issues and types of questions will be the subject of in-class exercises and sharing in this unique course with diverse participants. This course is CME approved and meets Florida Supreme Court DRC live and interactive requirements.
