Culturally-Competent Compassion in Mediation
This Introductory, 4-hour course brings together the science and art of compassion. It covers a wide range of views that are both current for the 21st century context as well as traditional understandings that have been the core of cultural heritage for many people. How to bring compassion into a mediation context takes more than note-taking and active listening. This course is designed to take you on a journey to the heart of compassion in the collaborative processes of resolving conflicts.
